Walk Detail (this summary should enable the walker to navigate the route using OS Explorer 151)

Starting from the Fox and Hounds in Llancarfan take the road north and then paths eastwards over fields to Aberogwrn Farm and Llanbethery. Path south to Llancadle and then southwest over Kenson River past Fonmon Castle over B4265 on footbridge and into Fonmon. Road to Rocks Head then field paths around end of airport runway, under B4265 and into Penmark. Footpath to Pen Onn Farm and return along road to starting point.
